Dr. Nishant Kaushik is the Founder of Discovery Hive and provides the overall strategic direction for the Group.

His areas of leadership include strategic governance, financial strategy, infrastructure and capital development, human resources and talent strategy, expansion and new school development, corporate relations, partnerships and long-term organisational growth.

As the Group continues to expand, Dr. Nishant focuses on building the strong financial, organisational and infrastructure foundations required for sustainable growth.

Ms. Priyanka Kaushik leads the operational strategy and execution across Discovery Hive schools.

Her responsibilities span school operations, performance management, process and systems optimisation, people management, quality assurance, compliance and parent experience.

She works closely with school leadership and operational teams to ensure that every campus delivers consistent standards, efficient processes and a strong experience for students, parents and staff.

Dr. Brijesh Karia is a member of the Board of Directors, leading the Group's strategic growth agenda and new initiatives.

His focus areas include group strategy, business transformation, admissions, sales and marketing, brand development, leadership and teacher development, business development, data-led decision-making and strategic innovation.

He works towards building scalable growth engines, strengthening organisational capabilities and identifying new opportunities that support the long-term growth of Discovery Hive.
